2. Services Provided
Marie Systems provides professional security system installation, maintenance, and monitoring services including but not limited to CCTV systems, access control systems, alarm systems, and 24/7 monitoring services in Kampala, Uganda.
3. Service Agreements
All service installations and agreements are subject to written contracts that will specify the scope of work, pricing, warranties, and terms specific to your project. These Terms and Conditions supplement but do not replace individual service agreements.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Generally, a deposit may be required before installation begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, bank transfers, mobile money (MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money), and major credit cards.
5. Warranty and Liability
Marie Systems provides warranties on equipment and installation work as specified in individual service agreements. We are not liable for damages resulting from events beyond our control, improper use of equipment, or unauthorized modifications to installed systems.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining installed equipment according to manufacturer guidelines, notifying us of issues promptly, and ensuring access for maintenance and repairs as needed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, designs, text, and software, is the property of Marie Systems or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marie Systems' liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
10. Modifications to Terms
Marie Systems reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
